Refund & Return Policy

Because we sell wine, returns and refunds are limited by federal and state alcohol regulations. By law we cannot accept the return of alcohol once it has shipped, except in the cases below.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us at info@domainedelelee.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and bottles. We will replace the affected bottles or issue a refund at our discretion.

Failed or refused delivery. An adult 21 or older must be present to sign for every delivery. If a shipment cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, is refused, or is returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, we may charge the cost of reshipment, or refund the order minus original shipping and a fee where the wine cannot be re-sold.

Weather holds. To protect wine from heat and cold, we may hold a shipment until conditions are safe. This is not grounds for cancellation or refund once an order is in process.

Cancellations. Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they ship. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Questions: info@domainedelelee.com.
