Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of this website and any purchase from Domaine Delelee (Cote d'Or Imports LLC DBA Domaine Delelee, "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

Age requirement. You must be at least 21 years old to purchase. By ordering you represent that both you and the recipient are 21 or older. An adult 21+ with valid ID must be present to sign for delivery. We do not sell to anyone under 21.

Alcohol sales & shipping. We sell and ship wine only where it is legal to do so. We may cancel and refund any order to a state or address where direct wine shipment is prohibited or where we are not licensed to ship. Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser upon our delivery to the carrier; the purchaser is the importer of record for their state.

Products & pricing. We try to describe products and pricing accurately but do not warrant that all content is error-free, and we may correct errors and cancel affected orders, including after an order is placed. Vintages and availability are limited and subject to change.

Orders. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected resale, fraud, or attempts to circumvent the age requirement or shipping restrictions.

Intellectual property. All site content, branding, and the Domaine Delelee name and marks are owned by us and may not be used without permission.

Disclaimers & liability. The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes. We may update these Terms at any time; the version posted here governs.
