Shipping Policy

Where we ship. We ship wine within the United States only, and only to states and addresses where direct-to-consumer wine shipment is legal and we are licensed. We currently ship to Oregon. We cannot ship to any other states or P.O. boxes. If we cannot legally ship to your address, we will cancel and refund the order.

Adult signature (21+). All shipments require the signature of an adult 21 or older with valid government-issued ID at delivery. Please ship to an address where someone 21+ can receive the package.

Processing & delivery. Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days. Local Portland-area delivery and standard carrier shipping options, with current rates, are shown at checkout.

Weather protection. Wine is sensitive to heat and cold. During temperature extremes we may hold your order and ship when conditions are safe to protect the wine; we will keep you informed if a hold applies.

Failed delivery / wrong address. If a delivery fails after multiple attempts, is refused, or is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment may incur additional charges (see our Refund & Return Policy).
